Nolan and Taylor Owners of AWT acquire Stettler Supply Company

Stettler Supply Company Welcomes New Owners

In April of 2023, the owners of Ag Water Technologies (AWT), Taylor Meyer and Nolan Grimm, acquired Stettler Supply Company. Meyer and Grimm plan to marry the expertise and drive of AWT with Stettler’s established reputation and customer base and have fully merged the two companies as of February 2024 under the name Stettler Supply Company.

How This Came To Be

Near the beginning of 2022, Meyer and Grimm learned that Bill Martinak, owner and CEO of Stettler Supply Company, was interested in selling his business. They promptly scheduled a meeting with Martinak’s advisor and general manager to discuss the potential purchase. The teams at AWT and Stettler quickly realized the acquisition would benefit both parties, as AWT possessed the resources and vision to lead Stettler into a new season of growth. Together, they settled on April 17, 2023, as the official acquisition date.

Today, Meyer and Grimm are utilizing the tools and resources of both companies to best serve their combined customer base. “I look at our partnership as a huge step in building a strong, long-lasting business,” says Meyer. “For Nolan and myself, growing up on a family farm and living the farming lifestyle continues to drive our passion to connect with growers.” The team works for agricultural businesses as well as commercial and residential entities across Oregon’s Willamette Valley, providing customized irrigation systems from design to construction and Repair.
