A Year of Growth: Celebrating Willamette Valley Farmers

As we celebrate our first full year here at Stettler Supply, we want to take a moment to pause, evaluate, and share our experiences. From streamlining operations to enhancing our product offerings and deepening customer relationships, it’s been a year of significant change, growth, and learning. Here’s a bit of the story.

This year has been all about our customers. We’ve been diving deeper into understanding their unique needs and how we can serve them better. Agriculture is diverse; what works for one farm might not work for another. That’s why we tailor our support and sales approach to match each farmer’s specific requirements.

We like to think of ourselves as pioneers in agricultural irrigation, constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions. But we’re also cautious, knowing that new doesn’t always mean better. Our focus has been on what truly benefits our customers and the market.

One of the biggest steps we took this year was consolidating all operations from AgWater Technologies and Stettler Supply into one location at 4420 Ridge Drive. It was a monumental task, merging two teams into a single unit. From a people perspective, it took a lot of communication and teamwork. Moving people to a new location only added to the challenge, but we did it. We’re now under one roof and moving in a unified direction, offering the best prices and services to our customers. We’re ready for what we’re calling our busiest year ahead.

Our future goals are clear. We want to be the first name farmers think of when they need reliable solutions, products, and support. The launch of 360 Rain is a big part of our plan. It’s an exciting development in the industry, and we can’t wait to get it into the hands of as many farmers as possible this summer.

None of this would be possible without our incredible team and the farmers who believe in us. We’re grateful for every person who’s part of this journey. It’s not always easy, but by sticking together and focusing on our vision we’re making great things happen.
